MP2 WebLink
With MP2 WebLink, customers use a standard Web browser to submit purchase requisitions and work requests and check their status from any workstation connected to either the global Internet or their company's intranet. Because it's not necessary to install MP2 on MP2 WebLink workstations, MP2 WebLink effectively extends basic MP2 functionality to anywhere in the world and lowers total cost of ownership.
MP2 WebLink enables users to access information and perform tasks from any workstation with Internet/intranet access and a Web browser. MP2 WebLink communicates with the MP2 databases, allowing users to draw on the information in the database to approve and complete work requests and requisition orders.

MP2 Messenger
MP2 Messenger sends instant e-mail updates from MP2 when work order or purchase order status changes. Utilizing a company's existing e-mail server, MP2 Messenger can notify up to three persons of up to nine different change activities.
Through MP2 Messenger, anyone with an e-mail address—even people with a text pager—can receive automatic notification of requisition approvals, purchase order receipts, work order request deletions or releases, and other work order activities.
When a specified change occurs, MP2 automatically sends an e-mail message to the personnel identified for notification. It's that easy!
MP2 Messenger Functions
MP2 Messenger can send notifications via mail-capable text pagers.
- Supervisor summary notification of on-site requests, sent to the specified supervisor
- Submitter notification of confirmation, release, deletion, hold, or close of on-site requests
- Submitter notification of any change in work order status
- Change in approval level for purchase requisition notifies requestor, next approval person, or others as specified
- Purchase order generation notifies requestor or others as specified
- Purchase order receipt of all line items notifies requestor or others as specified
- Integration with Lotus Notes and Outlook with work request submission forms
