Asset Performance Management Leader Hires Clement Goh
As Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific
GREENVILLE, S.C. MAY 24, 2005 Datastream Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTME) today announced that it has named Clement Goh as the companys senior director of sales and marketing in Asia Pacific. Goh will oversee all revenue generation in Asia Pacific and hold direct responsibility for marketing, sales, channels and consulting groups in the region.
Prior to joining Datastream, Goh held a number of key positions in global technology companies, most recently serving as a field program director at McDATA in Asia Pacific. While at McDATA, he drove business development in the region while strengthening relationships with technology vendors including EMC and Dell. He previously served as director for the Industrial Sector at EMC Singapore and was a sales manager for Oracle Systems Singapore where he won multiple awards including the Presidents Club and Club of Excellence.
Clement will play a crucial role for the company as we continue to grow our presence in the Asia Pacific market, said Larry Blackwell, CEO of Datastream. Clement will build on the momentum we have established in Asia Pacific through customer successes such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. in Japan, Xiang Tan Iron and Steel Group Co. in China, and PowerSeraya and Pfizer in Singapore.
