“When we launched Datastream 7i, we understood that our customers would want an upgrade path, so we surrounded the product with expert professional services that would manage the upgrade process through every phase, from initial data conversion to ultimate ‘go live,” said Larry Blackwell, president and CEO of Datastream Systems, Inc. “Our ability to provide this clear and effective upgrade path is why we have more customers today enjoying the benefits of Web-architected asset performance management than any of our major competitors.”  Blackwell noted that Datastream currently has 342 live sites worldwide using Datastream 7i.

“The turn-key upgrade to Datastream 7i had our systems up and running in 10 days,” said Bill Wright, administrative supervisor in facility services at Maritz Inc.  “The knowledge and experience of Datastream’s professional services team made the transfer of data a seamless process with immediate results.  The fact that we could gain access to robust functionality and reporting capabilities with such ease made the decision to upgrade an obvious one.”

The Datastream professional services team delivers a rapid, cost-effective upgrade to Datastream 7i and has successfully executed over 160 upgrades across a broad range of industries. Additionally, Datastream offers maximum deployment flexibility through its hosting services, enabling customers to deploy Datastream 7i either in-house or in Datastream’s hosting facilities.
