Infor Announces the Opening of the Datastream 2006 Worldwide User Conference with Record Attendance

Nearly 600 Attendees Come to Explore Best Practices in Asset Management

GREENVILLE, S.C. – May 1, 2006 –  Infor today announced the opening of the Datastream 2006 Worldwide User Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, S.C. Over five days Datastream will host nearly 600 customers and partners from over 13 countries and 40 states, representing industry segments including manufacturing, life sciences, facilities management and the public sector.  The conference’s sponsoring exhibitors include MSC Industrial Supply Co., Cognos, ESRI, Fastenal Company, Blue Dot Solutions and Newark InOne.

Keynote speakers for this year’s conference will include Infor CEO and Chairman Jim Schaper, Infor Executive Vice President Robin Pederson, and football legends Sam Wyche and Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger.

The Datastream 2006 Worldwide User Conference program will include more than 80 informative sessions that will cover a wide array of topics, from high-level discussions on how asset management solutions can improve an organization’s bottom line to hands-on product instruction.  An extensive Cyber Café will allow attendees to work directly with a broad array of technical support analysts.  Breakout sessions will address both the Datastream 7i0 and MP2 product lines as well as Infor ERP and supply chain solutions.
